The VPL wishes to recognize Jonathan Martinez for his recent points win for Season 44 winning $313.00 Also Jonathan squeezed out a win for Player of The Year ($250 cash prize) by a narrow margin of 3 points. Jonathan acquired 575 points during the year. In a very close 2nd place was Vieja with 572 points. Jonathan also now has the record for most points in a season with 146. Previous record holder was Joe (Kicks) Ayala with 145. Jonathan is coming off a 2nd place finish in the Holiday Invitational.

When the people arrive and pay they are put on the list (if they are paid and are there before 7:15 they are eligible for the bonus chips). When the list gets to 30 people. It will be capped and the 31st person will be put on a waiting list (if the 31st person is there before 7:15 and have to wait, they are still eligible for the bonus chips). When someone is knocked out, the 31st person will take their seat (with the according amount of chips - equal to the dead stack +/- bonus chips). If you pre-pay, you have an automatic spot on the list. You will still have to come by 7:15 to receive the bonus chips. There will be a max of 24 paid spots on the tables (there may not be 24 physical people) If a person pays they receive a spot on the list.
