Congratulations to Jonathan Martinez for winning Tournament of Champions for Season 51 with a winning of $370. Coming in 2nd place was Clay with $190 in his pocket. Rounding 3rd place was Brandon with a cash win of $112 and Tammy in 4th with a win of $100. Congratulations to TC for winning points for Season 51 with a win of $250.00

2014 Holiday Invitational

2014 Holiday Invitational was held 11-22-14. There were 16 players this year. Two full tables of great poker action. This years top 4 places were: 4th Scott - $100, 3rd Steve $120, 2nd TC - $250 and the winner in 1st place was Slugger with a win of $500.

Season 45 Tournament of Champions 3-4-14

This season has season a new points champion. Noki with 157. Season 45 has also see the largest payout to date: Tonight there were 14 people who ponied up there money to take their chance at the money. This season we saw 3 people selling their seats. Alan, Sam and Brandon. These were bought by Joe, Derrick and Richard C. Making it all the way to the bubble was Derrick. Sadly, that was it for him. In the money we have Jeff, James, Jonathan and TC. Coming in 4th place with a winning of $100 was Jonathan. Next in 3rd place was TC who earned $140.00 Heads up was with Jeff and James. In 2nd place with a respectable win of $240 was Jeff. So the victor, with his 7th bracelet was James with a win of $477.00.

The VPL send congratulations to Noki for winning Season 45 points for a win of $301. Also Noki has the NEW record for points winnings with a record of 157 points.

Season 45

The VPL wishes to recognize Jonathan Martinez for his recent points win for Season 44 winning $313.00 Also Jonathan squeezed out a win for Player of The Year ($250 cash prize) by a narrow margin of 3 points. Jonathan acquired 575 points during the year. In a very close 2nd place was Vieja with 572 points. Jonathan also now has the record for most points in a season with 146. Previous record holder was Joe (Kicks) Ayala with 145. Jonathan is coming off a 2nd place finish in the Holiday Invitational.
